Return Policy: This is a mom and pop store (without even the mom). I will do my absolute best to fix anything you don't like about the products you order. If the product you receive is faulty (eg the disc plays Iron Maiden instead of Chris Faroe songs), or you receive a product you did not order, that's my mistake. Email me at cfaroe@gmail.com and we'll work out a return. Please note that some of my products are hand-made (this is always specified) and therefore will have unique and distinctive features. I'll do my best to document the items photographically on this site. Please feel free to email me directly before ordering if you would like additional photographic evidence of the awesomeness of a product before you pay for it.

I package items as safely as possible, and have never had an issue of loss or damage in transit. If, however, an order is lost or damaged while in the care of USPS, I am not able to offer returns. BUT do not fear. If you request this with your order (via email or comment at checkout), I can add USPS insurance option ($1.95), and/or USPS tracking ($0.90).
